How this auction works
Bidding goes up in $100 CAD steps. The first bid on any pen must be at least $100 CAD. All prices on this page are in Canadian dollars.
Text us your top price (your maximum). We'll only raise your displayed bid as far as needed to keep you in the lead — you won't pay your full maximum unless someone else matches it.
If two people reach the exact same maximum, whoever we heard from first stays in the lead.
Any bid placed in a pen's last 5 minutes extends that pen's deadline by 5 more minutes — this can repeat if bidding stays active right up to the close.
All bids are binding. Please only text an amount you're prepared to pay.
Payment deadline: Winning bids must be paid to WCHRA by e-transfer by September 16. If payment isn't received by the deadline, the winning bid is void, and the pen will be offered to the next-highest bidder at their own highest bid. If they decline, the pen will be withdrawn and re-auctioned at a later date, starting again from $0. Any bidder who fails to pay by the deadline will not be permitted to participate in any future WCHRA auctions.
